From our office on Dorchester Avenue in beautiful Crescentwood, our team of event professionals works to provide the very best full-service event experience in Winnipeg. We want your event to be beautiful, successful, and everything you were imagining; we also want the process of getting there to be low on stress, high on anticipation, and a big part of what you look back on fondly when all is said and done.

Andrea Mancini, Owner

The events industry is the perfect space for Andrea’s love of all things beautiful to combine with her love for bringing people together, and over the past 16 years, she’s been using these dual passions to make her clients’ event dreams come true. Andrea finds joy in each part of the process, and she leads her team by example with unwavering calm, tireless attention to detail, and a discerning, experienced eye. Family and friends are Andrea’s foundation and inspiration, and her husband, Ryan, their sons, Carter and Aiden, and their dog, Charlie, are at the heart of everything she does.

Michelle Peters, Event Designer

Michelle loves the joy and excitement that inherently comes with the celebrations we use to mark special occasions, and this has carried through to a life and career spent creating unique events with thoughtful details. For years Michelle has been creating incredible parties and installations with Glitter and Glue Parties, and she expanded her design abilities as part of the Soirée team. Michelle finds inspiration all around her, whether in home design, an incredible art installation, or a quick trip to Homesense! As much as Michelle thrives on fun-filled events with friends, family, and clients, her favourite moments are spent with her husband, Jessie, their children, Harper and Sawyer, and their sweet pup, Sonic.

Amelia Dueck, Lead Event Consultant

There is nothing Amelia loves more than watching an event unfold, and seeing clients’ reactions when their dreams are brought to life.  She thrives on relationship building in her day to day conversations with our clients and is a constant bright spot in our office. Amelia's guilty pleasure is buying unpractical office heels, and listening to the entire Taylor Swift discography. While Amelia loves the constant thrill of executing events and dreaming up the next great idea with the team, she lives for quality time spent with friends & family

It’s our first priority to capture exactly what you’re envisioning for your event; it’s our second priority (a very close second!) to make getting to the big day seamless, organized, and an experience you can truly enjoy.  We get that planning an event can be overwhelming for some, and that even the most prepared need a little support to bring everything together. Wherever you’re coming from, we can help.

We’ll start with a consultation, making sure we understand your vision so that we know how best to support you. Once the process is underway, we’ll manage the details and anticipate the challenges, so you don’t have to. From your second cousin’s list of dietary restrictions to the tight budget your organization is working with, whatever your pain points are, you can trust us to take care of them – with a smile. 

And of course, the big reveal needs to be as beautiful as it is stress-free. We’ll collaborate closely with you on design and décor, making sure that your event reflects your tastes or your organization's brand. We keep rental product samples from many of our suppliers right in our office, so that you can see options on the spot, envision different combinations, and make simple decisions – no need to run around the city to multiple meetings and locations. Our team will guide you through the design process while ultimately making sure you feel heard and the final result is just as you envisioned. 

At every step along the way, we’ll be right here to answer your questions, tackle challenges, and offer suggestions to make your event even better than you’d first imagined. Best of all, by the end of the journey, our friendly, dedicated, and truly caring team will feel more like family.
